Planned project phases

Our project plan at a glance

Our project is ambitious and challenging. That is why we have divided it into individual phases.
Take a look at how we will realize the vision:

Create a foundation

Build-up phase

In this initial phase, the focus is on building a solid foundation for the SDGs4future project. Here, the project network is established and important partnerships with sponsors and institutional supporters are established, the core team is put together and the basic structure of the e-learning program is developed. In addition, the preliminary development of the structure of the curriculum based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) takes place.

Pilot phase

Testing and customization

Pilot phase

After laying the foundation stone, the pilot phase follows, in which the program is filled with content both centrally and locally in a selected region. Experts, teachers, pupils and content partners work together with the project sponsor to create the final e-learning content. This is then tested in selected regions. This serves to gather feedback and adapt the program to the needs and challenges of the target group. The results of this phase are crucial for the further fine-tuning of the programs.

Scaling phase

Extending the reach

Scaling phase

As soon as the program has been successfully tested and optimized, the scaling phase begins. The project is rolled out on a national and international level in order to reach a broader target group. In this phase, particular emphasis is placed on the sustainability and long-term implementation of the project.

The experience gained from the pilot phase will enable the program to be rolled out in other regions of the world with local experts, teachers, students and content partners.

Expansion phase

Deepening and diversification

Expansion phase

The expansion phase plans to supplement the project with additional programs such as Teach-the-Teacher, which will enable teachers to use the content of the e-learning programs effectively in schools. In addition, an e-learning program for primary school teachers is being developed, which will contain didactic content for children up to the age of 11 in order to introduce sustainability to even the youngest pupils. A further e-learning program for students aged 18 to 24 is intended to deepen content and facilitate professional orientation in the area of sustainability goals. In particular, self-efficacy in the independent development of ideas and solutions in the fields of science, business, technology, politics, etc. is to be encouraged in this program. In this way, the impact of the program is further strengthened.

Help us make the project a reality

Each of these phases is designed to continuously improve and adapt the SDGs4future project in order to achieve maximum impact and promote sustainable education worldwide.
